Situated in Delhi, we are reckoned as an eminent service provider of approval procedure of Radio Licensing Services. As part of our Short Range UHF Hand Held Radio License approval services, we make necessary arrangement for the submission of properly filled online application form with signature from authorized personnel. The submitted application should be on the basis of city and separate application form need to be submitted for each location. Finally, we collect a printed copy of filled online application for future use purpose. After getting the Decision Letter from WPC, the license is issued on the basis of several conditions like payment of license fee and royalty, submission of in-voice of equipment of a valid DPL holder and copy of decision letter.Short Range UHF hand held Radio License Check list for issue of decision letter Duly filled application form and signed by authorized signatory along with properly filled and signed annexure-A and annexure-B downloaded from www.wpc.dot.gov.in One application for each location Assignment on all-India basis not to be considered Assignments are to be considered only city specific or area-specific usage No fixed station is permitted In case the application is for additional stations, the original license should be valid Print-out of online application filed under "Short Range UHF Hand Held Radio" license type After fulfillment of above conditions, WPC issues the Decision letter. Then the license is issued to the applicant after fulfillment of following Payment of License fee and royalty Copy of decision letter In-voice of equipment from authorized DPL holder whose DPL is valid as on date The purchased equipment should be in compliance with technical parameters given in the decision letter
