3a Applying and precautions:
1i Bake temperature around 60 ~ 95 a . Composite pressure roller temperature about 50 ~ 80 a .Composite pressure about 5 -15 kilograms.
2. The gluing quantity 5 ~ 10 grams per square meter.
3.If the machine opens for long time, there will be much bubbles inside glue tank.To defoam by spraying defoam agent or add into glue and stir smoothly before using.
4.In wet weather,humidity is big,the curing speed of glue is slower,which can be adjusted by reducing machine speed or increasing temperature of drying tunnel.
5.If composite cardboard 15.40 sitting there, probably because glues excessive, causing too much stress caused by the gel contraction. High moisture content caused by itself or as cardboard, should be properly controlled.
