Rider is a combination of nitrogen and Plant Growth Regulator,
extracted from sea weeds. A suitable solvent was selected as
nitrobenzene. Required preservatives have been incorporated to prevent
detritions. Best quality emulsifiers were been used which are
responsible for highest penetration of harmones in the plant. This has
provided a ner look to formulation.Rider is best of combination, which have capacity to increase flowering in plant and prevent flower shedding.Rider enhance early flowering. Plants take less time to flower.Rider yield contributing characters like plant height increase is
8-10%. Number of branches per plant increase by 15-20%. Number of
flowers per cluster increase by 33-35%. 20-30% ubcrease in number of
fruits per plant were recoreded. Fruits weight increase is 20-25%.
Bigger fruits are produced. Total yield increase due to nitrobenzene
application i 35-50%.Quality characters like TSS (Total soluble solutes), increase by
6-7% and acidity by 10-20%, Ascorbic acid 7-10% and totol sugar were
5-7.5% increase was recorded.Rider was tested in many crops and increase yield was recoded. It
was tried in following crops and yield increase was recorded such as
Cotton-(45-50%), Chillies-(50-55%), Tomato-(45-50%), peas-(45-50%),
Jasmine-(30-35%), Paddy-(25-30), Pulses-(20-25%) and soyabean-(30%).
Dosage
Most trials conducted were found effective when 1-3 ml Rider was mixed
in one liter of water and sprayed by using high volume sprayer.
