When the slag in liquid steel is over the process limit, the system will send the sound-light alarm, and simultaneously send the feedback signal to slag stopping device. The slag stopping device then starts the slag-stopping procedure and implements the operation automatically. The system has the characteristics of real-time monitoring, accurate inspection, quick response, obvious effect and convenient operation. It has great significances in improving liquid-steel purity, quality, yield rate and reducing energy consumption, etc.
