Ultra series Sachet machines are Collar type of bagging machines which are pneumatically operated and PLC controlled. Accurate, Efficient and Sturdy these machines are built with key components of International Class and Quality. Motors are from Siemens or Crompton and Greaves, Drives from Bonfiglioli or Allen and Bradley, or Schneider, PLC from Mitsubishi, Delta or Schneider, HMI from Schneider, Pneumatics from Festo or Cammozi etc. The machines are equipped with 5.7a colour touch screen from Schneider with simplified Operational menu and recipe function. Bags, Sachets, or Pouches made from these machines have excellent sealing and are almost perfect.
These machines, equipped with suitable filling systems and are available in different models depending mainly on the Size of the sachets, (or open width of the packaging film) Characteristics of the products to be packed, weight/volume to be packed, format of the sachet/bag, sealing format preferred and the production speed desired. Filling systems can be Adjustable Volumetric Cup Filling system, Auger Filling System, Linear or Combination Weigh Filling Systems. or Piston filling system for liquids and semi viscose materials.
