Shrimp Head Meal

These Shrimp Head Meal is valuable By- Product of the shrimp industry. Shrimp meal is made from material consisting of head and shells from prawns /shrimps separated from the prawn meat by peeling process. The shrimp head was cleaned thoroughly under running tap water and steam cooked. The cooked mass is pressed to remove water and dried by using modern drying process, called flash drying, which preserves the numerous qualities in the raw material through to the meal.
