Signal Multiplier

PROTOCONTROL export, manufacture & supplying Signal multiplier to isolate field signals like 4-20 mA and multiply them to up to four for processing them at four different locations from Pune, Maharashtra, India. Hence one 4-20 mA input can be used for location indication, remote monitoring as well as data acquisition. These multipliers find use in process control industries for signal isolation. Variety of models is available for specific applications.

In the field, many signals are generated such as motor current, armature voltage, position feedback in the form of change in resistance or signals obtained from various types of traducers in standard voltage or current form. These signals are not isolated from input and not suitable for transmission over long distance. Converters are specially developed to overcome these problems in transmission such as line drop, interference, ground looping, non compatibility to standard processing unit.
