Sirloin Raw

 Sirloin RawAlthough there are as many ways to cook a sirloin steak as there are to
skin a cat, a couple is quintessential to my way of life. There are few
things better in life than a well cooked steak, but having the people
there to enjoy it with you is equally important. I love to bar-b-q and
all of the fun family get-togethers that accompanies it. From the music
to the socializing to the aromas, bar-b-qing is as much an experience
as a meal. In my neck of the woods though, you cannot always cook
outside due to the weather. Whenever increment weather is the foe, the
oven will beat out the stove top in my house every day. The way you
prepare the meat is just as, or more so, important than the actual
cooking of the food.
