The solar trap is ideal for application where these is no access to electricity. Powered by a super a efficient 18V solar panel, the trap charges during the day and comes on automatically at night. As with our Eco R-2, this trap works by luring the insects via an Ultra Violet lamp. Once the insects are in catching distance, an electric fan sucks the insects into a mesh net. The solar trap is easy to install and each of the legs are fully adjustable for installing in uneven or step terrain.
