KOMATSU CONTROL VALVE BANK REPAIRS Hydraulic Control Valve Remanufacturing Disassemble valve Bank completely Clean all parts Replace / Re-use all parts as needed after thorough inspection Replace all seals with viton seals - Replace / Re-condition Relief Valve / poppets as necessary Replace worn out spool with New one to suit the Over-sized Bore in the valve bank when the spool bores are scored and internal leak is more causing Attachment/ Swing slow operation Re conditioning of the LS compensator seating area in the valve bank and providing new compensaters Assemble valve bank Test the valve bank for Spool Internal leaks and Relief Valve Leak Paint valve OEM colors Our repaired valve banks will perform equally well with the valve bank repaired by original equipment suppliers, but our rates are very reasonable.
