The Hardening Furnace can be Walking Beam Type with minimum number of walking beams depending the length of the Leaf Springs and the Coil Bars to minimize the heat leakages. The Walking and the Fixed Beams are provided with suitable saw teeth and curved teeth to have minimum supporting area for the Leaf Springs and the Coil Bars for better heat treatment during hardening. The walking beam can be Hydraulically or Electro-mechanically operated. The Leaf and Coil Bars can be end-discharged at the opposite end or side-discharged over water cooled Rollers to suit customer's press for forming Leaf and Coils tailor made to give best results.
