Photoelectric sensors are exclusively used in SPM and Pharmaceutical machinery to sense tablets and capsules. They also find application in heavy industries like crane to sense position and to avoid collision.Protocontrol provides Anti-collision switch for cranes to avoid collision.
Protocontrol provides three types of infrared switches: 1) Diffuse type 2) Retro-Reflective type 3) Through Beam type.
Diffuse models are available having sensing distance up to 5 Mtrs. Retro reflective switches with mirror are offered up to 10 Meters range. Through beam sensors are available up to 25 Mtrs range.
Models with built in termination chamber, universal supply (AC as well as DC) and potential free relay contact output are available. Models with teach function, back ground suppression are developed to sense change in color or to sense parts on shiny surface.
