We have high precision machine tools which give perfect finish and accuracies. We manufacture and resharpen the following types:Ceramic KnivesMost expensive but widely used, as its life is very long. Generally lasts 2-3 times compared to tungsten carbide.Tungsten Carbide KnivesMostly used in high production pelletizers. They last longer and can be reground for multiple usages. More expensive then stellite or through hardened knives.Stellites KnivesCost effective solution with average life.Through-Hardened KnivesMost economical solution but life is limited. Still being used on older models of pelletizers for cost reasons.Advanced MaterialsWe can also offer polycrystalline diamond(PCD) edged bed knives with excellent wear resistance for highly abrasive glass filled polymer.
