It is used for removing rust, painting(pretreatment) of steel plate, profiled steel. It is ideal equipment for shipping, automobile, locomotive, machine, bridge, oil artesian well platform, port and dock facilities, container, boiler industry. The production line is controlled by PLC machine. It adopts shift storage and photo electricity check, automatic measurement of the thickness and width of the plate, automatic adjustment the width of shot blasting belt and the height of cleaning device. The whole line rolling bearing four frequency control. It could be subsection or the whole line fine tuning. It can assure that shot blasting, painting drying quality of pretreatment steel material. According to customers requirements, we could shot blasting for stand-alone. It also could continue work through online to realize warm-up, shot blasting, spray-paint, drying.

Detailed introduction

As an effective steel plate preservation line, it offers reliable surface preparation solutions since it is scientifically designed and meticulously crafted.

1. Blast chamber, Pre-blast room and Post-blast room

It is made from steel plate and profile steel via welding, and they take high chrome steel plate or Mn13 liners inside to protect from blasting.

2. Blasting wheel assembly

Composed of several sets blasting wheels to provide abrasive blasting to thoroughly clean the surface of workpiece.

3. Abrasive reclamation system

It is primarily made up of screw conveyor, bucket elevator,shot-sand separator,pneumatic valve, abrasive delivery chute and so on.

4. Roller conveyor system

It is divided into feeding roller, pre-blast room roller, blast chamber roller, intermediate roller, post-blast room and discharging roller.

5. Steel plate cleaning room

It adopts advantage cleaning unit to remove remaining abrasives from steel after shot blasting,, it also has brushing and air blowing.

Liners are rolling Mn13 steel or high chrome casting, long life.

6. Automatic painting and paint mist handling system

It consists of spray booth, spray trolley, detection device, drive mechanism, painting pump, paint mist filtration unit, harmful gas absorption unit and other parts. It can be automatical or manual. Meantime, painting pump, spray gun, spray nozzle and phototubes are all imported from abroad to ensure reliable working.

7. Dust removal system

It takes three-stage dedusting process to remove rust, normal dust collector, cartridge filter dust collector and others.

8. Electric control system
Siemens PLC controller, main electric components can be Siemens or CHINT.
