SMP is a condensed polymer of phenol, formaldehyde and sulfite. As a good filtration control agent in super-deep wells, it can effectively control fltration loss. Its common dosage is 2%-5%.
Features:-
It can stand 180A C so that it can be applied in deep or super-deep wells.
It can effectively resist salt so that it can be applied in drilling or compleion fluids for fresh water, salt water, saturated water and seawater.
It does not increase viscosity so that it can be applied to formulate high-density drilling or completion fluids.
It can match with other agents well.
Package and Storage
They are packaged in a triple sack with the lined bag. Each sack is 25kg. And they shall be stored in shady, dry and place with good ventilation.
