Due to its extra-ordinary pungency level and irritating properties it has also been used as lachrymatory agent (a chemical compound that irritates the eyes to cause tears, pain, and even temporary blindness). Our product is Semidried whole pods, dried under controlled environment at 60 A C, stalked, contains about 6-8% moisture, processed from freshly picked pods from company farms cultivated in an almost chemical-free environment, no chemicals of any form added during processing.
