Welding Tips :
Clean base metal to be free of oil, dust, grease and prior welding.
After 1st pass use 18/8/5 electrode as interpass to achieve maximum impact resistance.
Coll slowly after welding.
Since as-welded deposit is non-mechanical induce softening for machinery by annealing at 8000 C.
