For short workpieces, hydraulic pressure is applied by the pressure head.
For long workpieces, clamping is done using a four-jaw chuck, with oil supplied from the end of the boring tube.
The pressure head features an innovative spindle type structure, significantly improving load-bearing performance and rotational precision. The bed rail adopts a double rectangular guide rail suitable for deep hole processing machine tools, providing large bearing capacity and precise guidance; the guide rail has been quenched for high wear resistance.

This machine is suitable for boring and burnishing processing in machine tool manufacturing, shipbuilding, coal mining, hydraulic, power machinery, pneumatic machinery, and other industries, achieving a workpiece roughness of 0.4-0.8 I m. Depending on the workpiece condition, this series of deep hole boring machines can operate in the following modes:
