Introduction:
The TH1991/TH1992 series of precision source/measurement power supplies can output and measure voltage and current at the same time. The instrument integrates the functions of current source, voltage source, voltmeter and ammeter, and each function can be switched at will.
The TH1991/TH1992 series precision source/measurement units can output up to A 210V DC voltage, A 3A DC current, and A 10.5A pulse current, with a minimum power supply and measurement resolution of 10fA/100nV. They support high-speed sampling and can generate arbitrary waveforms.
The TH1991/TH1992 series of precision source/measurement units adopt a 7-inch capacitive touch screen, based on the Linux operating system, with an interactive graphical user interface and various display modes, and built-in diodes, transistors, MOS tubes, IGBTs and other devices. The I/V curve scanning function enables IV function testing to be completed without connecting to a host computer, which can significantly improve testing efficiency.
The comprehensive, integrated power and measurement functions of the TH1991/TH1992 series of precision source/measure units make them ideal for testing semiconductors, active/passive devices, and a variety of other devices and materials.
