This Thread Shade Card Winding Machine consists of Shade card holding arrangement to hold the shade card and is driven by DC Geared motor.A Thread guiding arrangement is mounted on a fine pitch lead screw & nut assembly is driven by Geared DC motor.
The shade card is loaded manually in the holding arrangement and the thread is turned on the card through thread guiding rollers. On Pressing start Push Button Shade card starts rotating at a set speed, at the same time thread guide moves forward & backwards at the set speed for the uniform winding over the shade card for set number of revolutions and stops.
