Our cylinders are made of following items
Tube: cold drawn seamless steel tubes, which are bored and finish honed to a surface finish between 0.2 to 0.4uM , of ST-52, ASTM Duty.
Piston rod: piston rod is made of medium carbon steel or case hardened steels (such as En8, En1A), hardened, grounded and hard chrome plated to avoid wear and corrosion.
Piston: One piece construction, precision machined to Seal's Dimensions.
End Covers : mild steels, accurately machined according to the seals used.
Seals: Busak- shamban, Merkel, Hallite - Germany, NOK-Japan P.T.F.E/Canvas reinforced nitrile rut and for high temperature viton seals, hard wearing nitrile lip type wiper are used..
Tierods and nuts: Medium carbon steel tie rods with hexagonal nuts and spring washers.
Ports: Unrestricted BSP, Metric ports as per BIS, ISO & CETOP Standards
Cushioning : Can be provided at the two ends to avoid damaging of components due to impact with adjustable needle valve which provides fine cushioning of piston movements
