RHODASURF BC-610 is an excellent primary noionic surfactant, recommended especially for the emulsion polymerization of the acrylic, styrene/acrylic, vinyl-acrylic polmers. Such polymers find application in latex paints, adhesives, paper coatings & textile applications. RHODASURF BC-610 is one of the series of Rhodia nonionic surfactants with different HLBs.
Since differences in HLBs affect emulsion & stabilization properties, the RHODASURF
series allows the user to select the surfactant that will provide effective particle size control, low levels of coagulum, latex stability & trouble free commercial production.
