Ultraviolet ozone cleaner is a simple, economical and efficient cleaning device. It can quickly remove organic pollutants from the surface of most inorganic substrates (such as quartz, silicon, gold, nickel, aluminum, gallium arsenide, aluminum oxide, etc.).

CIF UV Ozone Cleaner uses high-quality UV grating low-pressure mercury lamp. For better cleaning effects, we add new features of height adjustable sample stage; the sample stage could be heated, the temperature is user-defined.

Function & Features
i UVO series: Programmable digital controller with four-button operation panel, user friendly interface.
UVO T and P series: 5 "color touch screen, heating time and temperature could be set and displayed.
i Automatic compensation function automatically adjusts light intensity and density. The cleaning effect wona t be affected by the UV light attenuation caused by UV lamp aging.
i Digital timer displays the remaining time. Time setting: 1-999 minutes.
i Processing can be interrupted manually at any time;
i The system automatically saves previous parameter settings;
i Sample stage with temperature control is optional. Temperature range: room temperature ~ 260a ; temperature accuracy: 0.1a .
i Overhead and push-down hinged switch cover, easy to operate.
i Upper sample stage enables users to load samples in 360 degrees, easy to operate;
i The height of the sample stage is adjustable. The user can adjust distance between UV lamp and samples and lock the sample stage.
i UV lamp: low pressure mercury grating lamp, service life: 8000 hours; wavelength: 185nm and 254nm.
i UV reflector is 2.5cm larger than UV lamp. For example, if lamp size is 13A 13cm, the size of the reflector should be larger than 15A 15cm.
i Dual safety mechanism: when the cleaning chamber is opened, the safety lock will automatically turn off the UV lamp;
i Innovative design of dual gas channels can inlet oxygen to increase ozone production.
i Ozone neutralizer for ozone removal is optional. UVO5: external; UVO9&12: external or build-in.
i Vacuum reaction chambers in aluminum or quartz materials can be customized according to customer requirements.
