We offer a range of Vacuum Infrared Ovens that are designed to provide temperature control heating and drying application required for an airless environment. These Vacuum Infrared Ovens are capable of holding high vacuums, and are considered ideal for wide range laboratory applications. Our vacuum ovens are made of stainless steel with a full observation window and gasket doors with sturdy latching, mainly used for annealing and clean evaporation of samples. It is equipped with an easy-threaded vacuum gauge, adjustable thermostat with digital readout, and two valves for bleeding. These ovens maintain a vacuum level of 3.10-6 torr and operate at a temperature of 800A C. Our ovens are mounted with quartz tube elements in reflectors to maintain uniformity in the hot zone and water cooled walls which maintain the exterior temperature for operator safety. It comes with auto cycle mode of operation and also also has manual and maintenance mode.
