Visitor Book is a software solution that facilitates enterprises in managing visitors to their premises.

The solution allows entry of visitor details such as name, company affiliation, contact details, vehicle details, whom to meet, material being taken in and out, accompany team size and time of entry and exit.

Optional interfacing of camera to capture and save photograph of the lead visitor and fingerprint reader to capture fingerprints.

The Visitor pass can be printed on a standard inkjet or a laser printer.

A software component executing on the local desktops of company employees allows scheduling of meetings, reservation of meeting room and acknowledgement of the visit.

The application executes on standard personal computer and can be installed for as many gates as required.
