Product Description

OYR waste heat boiler manufactured by OLYMSPAN adopts tube structure and could be horizontal or vertical. It will enter through a section of header and go through tubes and pipes and exchange heat with water and produce steam temperature. Also efficiency will be raised and the electric controlling system will be designed and done by us. Water feeding will be automatic. Therea ll be high water level alarm and low water level alarm. This boiler is safe and energy saving.

Workmanship Features

Holes will be drilled by digital controlled drill. Plate will be welded automatically by robots and product will be manufactured through assembly line. For boiler heating surface, argon arc welding full penetration welding method will be adopted. And then it would go through X-ray test and hydrostatic test. And after meeting standards, it could be sent to our customers.
