Waterproofing Hi Flex WG is an innovative cross linked polymer developed for the production of flexible & waterproof Cementetious coating.
PURPOSE:
Waterproofing of concrete surface using flexible polymer compound
USAGE:
Hi FlexWG is used as a polymer along with cement to form a flexible & tough Waterproof barrier; it can be applied by either a Brush or a Roller
ADVANTAGES:
*Designed to be used as a waterproof Cementetious coating with excellent flexibility, waterproofing & adhesion to the base concrete, plaster & IPS.
*It can be easily mixed with cement and forms an impermeable co-matrix of cement & polymer
On direct brush application, it penetrates in micro-pores and fine hair-cracks to make the surface impermeable.
*As an additive to Cementetious mortar, it provides a tough wear resistant coating by improving the adhesive, chemical & mechanical properties of mortar.
*Being water-based it is eco-friendly in nature & is easy to handle
*It can be coated with any regular painting brush and by any good painter, no special skill required to apply the coating
Uses:
*Waterproofing of building, terrace, water tank, basements, toilets etc
*Waterproofing of precast slab, AC Sheet roofs, etc.
*Exteriors, terraces and Chajjas in wet spells of monsoon
*It can mixed with any cement based paint and thus can have desired shade along with total waterproofing with marginal increase in cost. This is equivalent or a better option than prevalent conventional acrylic coatings
