Sumipolycure - Wax Based Curing Compound | Milky White Liquid, Prevents Water Evaporation, Ensures Complete Hydration

We wish to introduce, that we are one of the Small Scale Industries , manufacturing Wax Based Curing Compound for Textiles, Leather, Paper, Paint, Rubber and have specialty products of Nonionic, Anionic and Cat-ionic bases.


SUMIPOLYCURE -PW is a wax based curing compound which when applied on concrete forms a seamless film and prevents the evaporation of water from the capillaries of concrete.

PROPERTIES:
Water loss after 72 hrs.: Not more than 0.55 Kg/m2
Appearance : Bulk liquid Milky white.
Dry film colour : White.
Viscosity : 5 to 10 cps
Reflectance : More than 60% to that of Mgo.
Min application temp: 40 C

FUNCTION : Cement hydration process demands that water be present in the system. Curing is adopted to prevent the loss of water from the hardening concrete interior so that strength development is not impaired. Conventional curing method like ponding or damp covering are not reliable because they depend heavily on environmental condition.
SUMIPOLYCURE PW assures that the film does not leave water out of the system and hydration proceeds to its completion.

METHOD OF USE: In all cases the nozzle of the spray should be held approximately 450 mm from the concrete surface and should be passed back and forth to ensure complete and even coverage. The pump pressure should be maintained at a level to produce a fine spray ensuring complete coverage 5f the surface. Rate of application depends on requirements
