Welding Sintered Flux (Sj101 Or Aws A5. 17 Eh-14)

Our range of Welding Sintered Flux (SJ101 or AWS A5. 17 EH-14) is Fluoric alkali sintering solder, with basicity of 1.6-1.8, loose density 1.2-1.25 g/cm3 and grain size 10-60 mesh.
It has excellent performance of anti-hygroscopic, large grain size, low loose density and low consumption.

Working with H08MnAa H08MnMoa H10Mn2a H08C;
Used in different kinds of low alloy steel structure.

Storage:To ensure the integrity of welding flux over an extended period, flux should be stored indoors in a dry place. Moist flux can be redried at300-350A C for 2 hours. Both heating and cooling must be carried out slowly.
