We are offering our customers a wide range of Wire mesh fence, which are available following Specifications :-
Fence size: 200 mm x 50 mm x 2.5 Meters x from 630mm - 2630mm or available on request. Wire diameter and tolerances
a cCore diameter of the horizontal galvanized wires: 4.30 A 0.06 mm.
a cCore diameter of the vertical galvanized wires: 4.30 A 0.06 mm.
a cDiameter of PVC-coated horizontal galvanized wires: 5.00 A 0.20mm.
a cDiameter of PVC-coated vertical galvanized wires: 5.00 A 0.20mm.
The tolerances are in accordance with EN 10218-2.
3.2 Tensile strength of the wire
Vertical wires: 400 to 600 N/mmA .
Horizontal wires: 400 to 600 N/mmA .
3.3 Mesh sizes and tolerances
Mesh spacing is measured between the centres of two neighbouring wires:
a cDistance between the horizontal wires : 200 A 4,0mm,
a cDistance between the vertical wires : 50 A 3,0mm.
The tolerances are in accordance with EN 10223-7.
3.4 Welding strength
The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken at random shall not be less than 50% of the breaking strength of the vertical wire (in accordance with EN 10223-7).
