No. If you mix ammonium chloride and bleach it will release chloramine gas. Chloramine gas is toxic in nature, and exposure to chloramine gas causes irritation of eyes, nose, throat and lungs. Although chloramine gas is not considered fatal unless inhaled for a very long time, combining both compounds is not recommended.
