Fabrics are formed into loops due to its movement along with dye liquor’s movement. Jet dyeing machine use lower liquor ratio i.e., 1:5 to 1:6. The operation is continued for 20-30 minutes at 135 to 140 degrees Celsius. The process is carried out in a closed tubular system.
