It is better to clean the area of skin or infected part of the part of the body and then apply enough Terbinafine cream to cover the affected area. You can also go beyond the affected area since the infection can spread to the nearby skin area but not visible. After you have used the cream, allow it to dry and do not forget to keep this cream away from the eyes, nose, mouth, and other mucous membranes. You are also advised not to apply an occlusive dressing that is airtight covering, or a bandage or plastic wrap over the cream.
