Q. What is a PSA Tower in nitrogen gas plant?

PSA process applies two towers: one for absorption and the other for regeneration that are filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). While compressed air enters the bottom of the on-line tower and flows up through the CMS, oxygen and other gases are adsorbed by the CMS and allows nitrogen to pass through the other tower.
