In order to safeguard electrical equipment and cables against surges, the Switch Fuse Units are installed at strategic points throughout the power distribution network. The standard switch fuses are compatible with all fuse connections (BS, NFC, DIN, UL, and CSA) and can resist fault currents of up to 100 kA. There are front- or side-operated single-pole to four-pole options. Installation in various cubicle designs is made possible by the pole module's design, which allows the working mechanism to be placed wherever along with the terminals' direction of travel.
