Typically, this means that the batteries shouldn't be used for anything within the first 20 hours after being charged. When compared, the discharge rating of solar batteries is a c10. That's why shouldn't use it for anything but keeping it charged for at least 10 hours before discharging it. As a result, solar batteries may be charged and used repeatedly, while ordinary batteries can only be charged once and are typically utilized during prolonged blackouts.
