Q. What is the difference between jasmine rice and white rice?

Jasmine
rice is grown primarily in Thailand. This variety of rice is characterized by
long-grain size and distinct aroma. White rice is obtained by removing the hull
and bran during the processing in mill. Both these rice varieties however are
less nutritious than whole grain brown rice.
