The basic difference between super duplex steel pipe and duplex steel pipe is the amount of combination of molybdenum and chromium content present in both. Super duplex steel contain 24% to 26% chromium 4% molybdenum & 7% nickel where duplex steel contain 19% to 32% chromium 3% molybdenum & 5% - 6% nickel.
