Q. What is the Use of an iron rod?
Answer
Iron rods are long pieces of metal used for building and other structural purposes. In order to increase the tension in a structure, iron rods (also known as rebar) are embedded in the concrete. Iron rods are available with or without a ribbed pattern. Wrought-iron rods, on the other hand, can be utilized for a wide variety of artistic and ornamental purposes, whereas construction-grade iron rods are often reserved for structural or architectural applications. In the process of smelting, the iron ore is heated while being mixed with charcoal. When heated sufficiently, charcoal combines with oxygen to form a gas that is released from the iron.
