Nitrogen plants use to intake atmospheric gas, compress it, filter it and then pass it through adsorbents (either pressure swing adsorption or carbon molecular sieve mechanism). Thus, producing high-purity nitrogen gas. CMS mechanism is more accurate and produces ultra high-purity nitrogen gas.
