These systems offer numerous advantages over conventional steel cable trays, including being 40% lighter, highly resistant to corrosion even in chemical environments, easy to cut, drill, and install, resistant to electromagnetic waves, and offering a very low cost-to-lifespan ratio.

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer) Profiles, commonly referred to as fiberglass profiles, are structural components crafted from a combination of fiberglass mat, surface veil, glass veil, and a resin matrix enriched with UV-protective additives for enhanced durability and long-lasting performance.

The most common method for manufacturing FRP Profiles is pultrusion. This process involves pulling continuous strands of fiberglass roving through a resin bath, followed by passing them through a heated die. The die cures the resin and forms the material into the desired profile shape, ensuring precision and strength.
